Western Sydney University has reimagined its campus spaces to foster vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environments for students and staff. At the heart of this transformation is the introduction of dynamic outdoor areas designed to support social interaction, informal learning, and active recreation.
Street + Garden was commissioned to supply a suite of furniture to support these evolving spaces. The goal was to create settings that reflect the fast-paced rhythm of campus life while encouraging pause, play, and connection in equal measure.
OPPORTUNITIES
This project offered Street + Garden the opportunity to contribute to a progressive and future-focused university environment. Each piece was designed with durability, function, and community in mind—delivering furniture that supports everything from spontaneous ping pong matches to collaborative group study.
Working alongside Aspect Studios, Street + Garden helped bring to life a new generation of campus furniture that reinforces the university’s commitment to inclusion, vibrancy, and student wellbeing.
