context

Barton Park has been reimagined as a vibrant recreational hub for the local community – celebrating green space, encouraging active lifestyles and creating inclusive areas for social connection. In collaboration with Mode Design, Street + Garden was engaged to design and supply a distinctive suite of outdoor furniture that invites play, pause and participation.

The furniture collection is purposefully designed to enhance the user experience across multiple zones of the park – from community gathering areas to spaces for active recreation. Drawing inspiration from the kinetic energy of sport and movement, the decorative pattern integrated into the furniture surfaces mimics the playful trajectories of bouncing tennis and table tennis balls.
